Now to redo all the maps all over again š To check your mesh at the end to find youāve accidentally put a texture in the wrong place and you now have a strip of gold on your bevel thatās supposed to be wood!
When you spend hours texturing a mesh, complete all the swatch maps, resize them because you texture in 2048 and then reduce to 1024 for a better finish, create the normal and specular maps, edit those, resize themā¦. In the meantime Iām going to keep working on the CC I have planned although it will be at a slower pace and hopefully Iāll have something for you soon š¤š¼.Ä«efore we get into the technical side of thingsā¦ i really didnāt think id get this set out until after Christmas but i managed to redo the cube shelves and redesign the bookshelves the same night i posted about not being happy with them. unfortunately during that time I was diagnosed with Hashimotoās disease which is an issue with my thyroid gland, I was doing ok and coping with the symptoms of it but for the last month Iāve been really struggling with the tiredness symptom and Iāve been struggling to even muster the energy to sit at my PC so Iāve been spending a lot of time resting, sleeping and readingā¦ itās been hard but hopefully I wonāt have to deal with it for much longer as my doctors have now decided that the best course of action is to refer me for surgery to remove my thyroid gland completely which will hopefully help a lot, although Iām not looking forward to having throat surgery š£š. I took some time off of creating CC over the Christmas period so I could spend some time with my family as I was spending a lot of time on my PC creating something or another. Iāve been a very quiet recently on the CC front so I wanted to let you all know why.Äonāt worry, although Iāve been radio silent I still plan on making a lot of CC for you all and Iām still here š¤
